Adriana Passaretti Obituary
Born Sept. 30, 1991, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of Dano J. and Linda M. Coggins Passaretti, of Sykesville.
She was a graduate of Century High School, Class of 2009, Carroll County Career and Tech Culinary Program and a graduate of La Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh, in April 2011. She had been involved in cheerleading for many years and throughout her high school years.
She was currently working as a line chef at Cattail Creek Country Club in Glenwood. She was a Ford diesel truck enthusiast. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, hunting and shooting, riding ATVs and going to 75-80 Speedway. She was known for living by a saying she often said, "I ain't here for a long time, I'm here for a good time."
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are a brother, Joe Passaretti, of Sykesville; grandparents Margaret Coggins, of Owings Mills, and Joseph and Laura Passaretti, of Kingsville; aunts and uncles Dan and Indera Coggins, Gary and Julie Coggins, and Diana and William Waugh; cousins Nick and Eric Waugh, and Connor, Nathaniel, Gavin and Robert Coggins; and godchildren Jaiden Michael Neal and Andre Brown.
She was predeceased by a grandfather, Robert F. Coggins.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville.
A funeral liturgy will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Road, Eldersburg. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the The Maryland Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, 200 E. Joppa Road, Suite 407, Towson, MD 21286.

AP was our "adopted daughter" for years! Mama Dukes was always Brooke's Maryland mom! AP was always so beautiful! James and my heart are so heavy for you and Dano and Joe! Passaretti family and friends,
AP was a beautiful, sweet, funny young adult who's life was taken to soon. You may all remember her smile, her goofy ways, her laughter or ya'll's inside jokes, or the memories you guys share. She will be missed for eternity, but just remember she is looking down on everybody know. She will keep you safe. Smile down on all of us AP.

Our hearts are weighed heavy with sadness over the loss of Adriana. I lost a sister to a car accident when I was younger, so I understand the sadness and deep pain that such a loss can bring to a family. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers.
