Cash Steven Owings

Cash Steven Owings, 16, of Westminster, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Carroll Hospital Center, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born June 3, 2009 in Westminster, he was the beloved son of Craig and Valerie (Hough) Owings. He was the amazing little brother of Samantha Owings; cherished grandson of Elizabeth Hough and the late James Hough, and Ray and Judy Owings; nephew of (Godmother) Kristin and Sean McCarthy, Jamie and Jay Arristidou, Keri and Demetrios Kaouris, Eric and Laurie Owings, and Steffanie and Kirk Engle; cousin of Caitlin McCarthy George Kaouris, Kolby and Skylar Engle, and Carson, Gavin and Lucy Owings and Amanda Aristidou and Bryce Aristidou. Cash was a student at Francis Scott Key High School. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends, was a dirt bike enthusiast and loved to go hunting and fishing. He was a member of St. Mary's United Church of Christ, Pleasant Valley Community Junior Company, and the American Legion Post #116. The family will welcome friends on Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 2 to 8pm at Pleasant Valley Community Fire Company, 2030 Pleasant Valley Rd. S., Westminster MD 21158. Pleasant Valley Fire Company memorial service will begin at 2pm. Funeral services will be Monday, December 8 at 11am at Pleasant Valley Community Fire Company. Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery. The family requests guests to wear purple, camo or hunter green in honor of Cash.
