Donald Milligan

1957 - 2022

Donald Edward Milligan, 65, of Westminster, MD, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Born on June 9, 1957 he was the son of the late Robert M. Milligan and Alice (Morelock) Garey of Westminster. He was a graduate of Westminster High School. Donny is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Robin Milligan. Donny was the owner and operator of C&T Trucking, which he named after his children Cody and Tiffany. He was very proud to work alongside his son Cody who followed in his footsteps as an owner operator. He also formed many long lasting friendships over the years in the trucking business that he cherished. In his spare time he enjoyed watching Westerns,Yellowstone and NASCAR with his sidekick Izzy, his German Sheppard. He enjoyed riding his Harley and driving his John Deere tractor. The two things that made him smile the most were his beautiful granddaughters, Madelyn and Michaela. In addition to his wife and mother, Donny is survived by his son Cody Milligan of Westminster; daughter Tiffany Keller and husband Cody of Hanover, PA and granddaughters Madelyn and Michaela. He was predeceased by brothers Dennis E. Milligan and William C. "Billy" Milligan. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main Street, Westminster, MD. Funeral Services will begin at 1.p.m. Interment will follow at St John (Leister's) Church cemetery.
