Howard was such a strong man of God. When we lived in MD and attended COG, it was always a blessing to talk with him. Our hearts go out to his family, but you should take great comfort in knowing that he has been told, "Well done, good an faithful servant"

Michelle, Reena, Pat, Toby our prayers are with you at this time. I remember your Dad as one of the first African-American elders at Forest Park Presbyterian Church. He was an inspiration to me as a leader to be admired for his positive attitude, and he was a strong "family man". We grew close to your family over the years and have stayed in touch. Your mom and dad were special people to us and we are blessed to have had them both in our lives. Thank God they are re-united. Praise the Lord!
We love you,

So very sorry to hear of your loss. I remember Mr. Horsey as a very wonderful and dedicated grandfather. I said to myself quite a few times that everyone should be so blessed to have someone like him in there lives. stacey snyder
