Jonathan Gripshover Obituary

Jonathan Charles Gripshover, 59, of Eldersburg, died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Transitions Health Care in Sykesville.
Born Oct. 6, 1952, in Covington, Ky., he was the son of the late Ferdinand and Marion Gibbs Gripshover. He was the husband of Anne Marks Gripshover.
He had worked as a computer software designer at Gea Niro Inc. for many years. He was instrumental in the installation of the first CAT Scanners in France.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a son, Andrew Paul Gripshover, of Eldersburg; brothers David and wife Joan Gripshover, of Chesterfield, Va., and Gerald Gripshover, of Matteson, Ill.; sister Mary Ellen and husband Carl Giesler, of Melbourne, Fla.; a father-in-law, Robert Marks, of Reisterstown; brother-in-law Paul and wife Helen Marks, of Manchester; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a mother-in-law, Helen Marks.
A private cremation was held, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Anne, so sorry for your loss! My husband died almost a year ago. If I can help in any way please let me know! I am Marianne Moore's oldest daughter, Sharon! We met on Caraway a long time ago!
