Joseph Goda Obituary
Joseph Michael Goda, age 27 of Bethlehem, PA, and formerly of Sykesville, died Monday September 5, 2016. Born July 20, 1989 in Annapolis, MD, he was the son of Robert Joseph and Judith Ann Sippl Goda of Sykesville. He was a graduate of Century High School in Sykesville. He was employed as a master electrician. He loved snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and playing his guitar. Surviving in addition to his parents are brother Daniel Goda of Evansville, IN, grandmothers Marge Sippl of Arnold, and Dolores Goda of Pittsburgh, PA, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfathers Glen Sippl and Michael Goda. Funeral liturgy will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Community, 915 Liberty Rd., Eldersburg. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 9:30am until the time of services. Inurnment in Lake View Memorial Park, Sykesville. Judy and Bob, I cannot imagine what you are going through but my thoughts and prayers are with you both. Take pride in the fact that he turned out to be a handsome and loving young man. I remember him fondly as a tiny toddler. Uncle Glen is looking after him now! Love you both
