Sorry to hear of Joe,s passing. I first met Joe back in May of 1964 when we rode to the police academy together. We had a lot laughter in our trips to Towson from Woodlawn. Joe was a good guy and friend for years. I left BCPD in 1974 and socialized less after that. I remember when children were small and what good father was. My thoughts go out to his family. I sorry I won't be able to attend his funeral since I am in Florida.

It is with deep regret and sorrow that I am learning of Joe's death.

Joe was not only my Uncle Paul's friend, and classmate at Milford Mill, but also a family friend. He watched me and my younger brother grow up, living two streets behind us.

I know Joe, my uncle, grandfather and father will all be organizing Heaven's baseball team and having a grand old time!

I will keep all of you in my prayers.
