June was a person, that as a friend and colleague, in the Telephone Pioneer family you simply believed would be there forever.
Her calm and sightful input made me always stop and think that perhaps she has something to say that I should truly give me attention to fully. With her experience came knowledge that she often shared. When she said it she meant it.
The Pioneer family comes with a plethora of personalities.
June's personality fit in with all of them.
Saying I will miss her is an understatement.
How can you begin a meeting without June being there?
With life, eventually comes death, we all are aware of that.
But we are truly never ready.
Her kindness will sit quietly beyond all things.
My deepest sympathy to Russell and her children and all.
