Margaret J. Lindsay

Margaret Jane Lindsay, age 95, of Westminster, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at Lorien Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Taneytown. Born in Maryland on December 10, 1925, she was the daughter of the late William Seabreeze and Annie O'Connor Seabreeze. She was the wife of the late Leonard E. Lindsay who died in 2003. Margaret had been a homemaker for most of her life. Her family was her life, especially spending time with her grandchildren. Her husband had raced stock cars for several years and she was his biggest fan. She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law: Sharon and Pat Rainey of Little River, SC, Sandra and Bruce Smith of Lexington, SC and Sonja Smith of Westminster; son-in-law: Chuck Smith of Cambridge, MD grandchildren: Christopher, Courtney and Darian and special aunt to Richard and Sharon Seabreeze and William and Carol Seabreeze. The family will receive friends from 1 to 3pm on Sunday, October 17, 2021, at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville where a funeral service will follow at 3pm. Private interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.
