Marta brought so many happy moments in everyone's life and left us with a treasure trove of memories. We will never be able to forget her. I still remember the times when Marta took us to our yearly amusement park adventures. It was one of the most memorable times of my life. Those are the kind of things that she will be remembered for - making people smile and bringing laughter in their lives. And while it's going to be very difficult to think of this world without her, it is a happy thought knowing that wherever she is, she is only spreading happiness. I am praying for you in this difficult time. May her soul rest in peace and may the comfort of God help you during this difficult time.

So sorry for the loss of Marta. Many years ago, she taught me how to sew a man's vest. Our children were in the same class. She was a sunny lady and will be missed.

When I heard the news, I was overwhelmed with sadness, your mom had such a great spirit… fill with happiness, love and joy for life. No matter what the situation she always found goodness in everything around her. Even though we live far from Maryland, my thoughts were always there with her when she was sick and when I saw pictures of her with her family. She always had the biggest smile on her face. We will miss her.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I knew her from working in Parklawn-- I'm a relative of Helen Mitchell's. Marta had such a sweet disposition and I know y'all will miss her. I'm sure she's dancing --free from her troubles! May our sweet Lord wrap his arms around y'all and comfort you. We know he keeps your tears as they are precious to him (psalms 56:8).
