Norburt Milner "Buddy" Bull Jr.

Norburt Milner "Buddy" Bull, Jr., 77, of Finksburg, passed away on Saturday, November 29, 2025 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born January 25, 1948 in Snydersburg, Maryland at the family home, he was the son of the late Charles William and Dorcas Willela (Martin) Damuth. He was the loving husband of Lillian Jane Bull, to whom he married on January 18, 1974. Buddy was a dedicated and hardworking man. He began his career at the Westminster Shoe Factory, where he met the love of his life, Lillian. He later went into construction, spending many years doing bridge work for Dewey Jordan before retiring in 2009. Buddy was an active member of the The Coon, Club, VFW Molleville Farm Post 467, American legion Post 31, and Westminster Moose Lodge 1381. An avid hunter and passionate sports enthusiast, Buddy found joy tending to his lawn and, above all, in spending time with his family. He especially loved watching his great-grandchildren participate in their sporting events, cheering them on with immense pride. Surviving in addition to his wife is son Nicholas Bull and wife Brianna; step-daughter Beverly Pickett and husband Dennis; grandchildren Stella Bull, Stacy Ficken (Russ), Kristy Winters (Wes), Brian Pickett (Amy), and Brandi Zirckel; great-grandchildren Lilah and Lydia Winters, Ethan and Owen Ficken; sister Rebecca "Becky" Valianti-Bull (Steve Stahley); numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by stepdaughter Debra Zirckel; sister and brother-in-law Linda and Earl Lookingbill; brother Richard "Dicky" Bull; sister Reaba Damuth; and brother-in-law Vince Valianti. The family will welcome friends on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster.
