Patricia Jones

Patricia Rae Jones, 84, of Hampstead, passed away on December 11, 2021 at her home. Born April 6, 1937 in Richmond, VA, she was the daughter of the late Percy Raymond Ramsey and Thelma Watson Ramsey. She was the wife of Marion Alexander Jones, her husband of 61 years. Mrs. Jones earned her two masters degrees at Loyola University and Johns Hopkins University. Prior to retirement, she had worked as an educator in Carroll County Public Schools. She was a member of Westminster Baptist Church. Surviving, in addition to her husband, are daughter and son-in-law, Kathryn and Brian Spivey of Damascus, MD; sons and daughter-in-law, Alex and Lisa Jones of Timonium, MD, and Michael A. Jones of Westminster, MD; grandchildren, Wyatt Spivey, Kira Spivey, Faith Bowers, Anna Jones, Lacey Curley and her husband Tommy Curley, Madisen Levesque and her husband Joshua Levesque, Benjamin Jones and his fiance Jessica Cohen; cousin, Charles Watson, Jr.and his wife Sybil Watson. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 16 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Eline Funeral Home, 934 South Main Street, Hampstead. The Rev.
