Rachaelle M. Skinner

1956 - 2022

Rachaelle Marie Skinner (Rash), age 65, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022 at Bridging Life's Dove House after a battle with cancer. Born July 23, 1956, she was the daughter of Glenn Rash and the late Doris Rash (Harmon). Rachaelle graduated from South Carroll High School and Towson University. She was employed with the state of Maryland's Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she worked for 30 years. She was married in 1984, raised three children, and divorced in 2013. She attended St. John's Catholic Church in Westminster. Rachaelle enjoyed gardening, cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, and loved spending time with her family. She was a dedicated mother, aunt, and grandmother. Along with her father Glenn I. Rash and wife Mary M. Rash, she is survived by her sister Sue Diane Earp (Chris) and brother William Lee "Will" Rash (Crystal); children Jonathan Francis (Anna), Kristina Lauren (Jon) and Matthew Vincent (Abigail); granddaughters Everly Kay and Adalyn Elizabeth; former husband Frank Skinner; and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by brothers Glenn Lawrence Rash, Wayne Michael Rash, and Rodney Ray Rash. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11am on Friday, June 24, 2022, at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville, followed by the funeral service at 11am at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Highland View Cemetery, Sykesville.
