Richard S. "Richie" Raver

1968 - 2020

Richard "Richie" S. Raver, 52, of Westminster, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the Westminster Healthcare Center. Born August 13, 1968 in Westminster, he was the loving son of the late Norman S. and Dolores Mae Myers Raver. Richie worked as an ambulance driver and an EMT. He volunteered for the Reese & Community Volunteer Fire Community, was lifelong member of the Westminster Volunteer Fire Department and a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Richie enjoyed carpentry, fishing, doing word search puzzles, and was an avid Ravens fan. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him. Surviving Richie is his daughter Jessica Raver of Westminster; sisters Connie Carbaugh (Jeff) of The Villages, FL, and Wanda Haines (Mark) of Westminster; niece Jennifer Mariea of Brandon, FL; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and extended family. The family will welcome friends on Saturday, January 2, 2021 from 11 am to 12 noon at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster with a memorial service beginning at 12 noon.
