Terry Ann Williams

Terry Ann Williams (née Schwartz) passed away on December 25, 2021, in Westminster, Maryland at the BridgingLife Dove House. Terry was born in Baltimore, Maryland on January 7, 1958, to Carvella "Belle" Schwartz and Raymond Schwartz. She was the beloved wife of Phillip Eugene Williams, Sr. Terry was the youngest of four, growing up with three older brothers, Ray, Howard and Ronnie. Terry's childhood was spent rooting for the Orioles, listening to records, swimming and being around animals. She had a fruitful career working as a manager at Union National Bank, now PNC Bank, where she thrived in building relationships and helping others. Terry spent most of her time with her family and friends at baseball games, swimming at Ocean City or her parents' swimming pool and taking care of cats, dogs and horses at her beloved home in Manchester. She is survived by her husband, Phil Williams of Manchester, MD; son, Ryan Williams (Renee) of Columbia, MD; stepson Christopher Williams of Chambersburg, PA; stepson, Phillip "Willy" Williams, Jr. (Kris) of Spring Grove, PA and brother, Howard Schwartz of Reisterstown, MD. She was predeceased by her brothers, Raymond Schwartz and Ronald Schwartz. A private burial will be held at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, Finksburg, MD.
