Victor L. Clyde, 74, of Westminster, passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at GBMC in Towson. Born March 8, 1947, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Victor Eugene and Charlotte M. Clyde (née Mills). He was the loving husband of Maria J Clyde, with whom he shared 38 wonderful years of marriage. Victor loved sports and was an avid Ravens and Orioles fan. He enjoyed the beach, taking trips to Ocean City, New York City and Las Vegas and watching horse races. Victor loved good food, whether it was prepared by his wife, friends or a professional – he loved it all and knew his way around the kitchen as well. Above all, Victor loved spending time with his family and entertaining people at his home. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Surviving in addition to his wife is his cherished daughter Nicole A. Clyde of Baltimore; sisters Carol Casalena and husband Elio of Finksburg, and Betty Jane Bopst and husband William of Baltimore; niece Cristi Casalena of Finksburg; mother-in-law Rita Pepe of Westminster; brother-in-law Ernie Pepe of Westminster; and cousin Kathleen Cook and husband Dennis of Westminster. The family will welcome friends on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd., Westminster, where a funeral service will begin at 1:30 pm.
