Frieda Apgar Obituary
She was the wife of David D. Apgar.
Born on February 13, 1959, in Wilmington, DE she was the daughter of the late James E. and Frieda B. Kuerleber Moore.
Frieda was employed with Perry Point VA as a CNA and retired as a medical administrator.
She is survived by her husband; five children, Rodger Goodwin (Lisa) of North East, MD, Angel Goodwin (Heath) of New Orleans, LA, Ray Goodwin (Cassandra) of Rising Sun, MD, Jacquline Goodwin of Conowingo, MD and Marcas Goodwin of North East, MD; grandchildren Courtney, Brittney, Matthew, Alexis, Cadance, Dillon, Noah, Emily, and Nathaniel; 4 greatgrandchildren; and three sisters, Marilyn Fraizer of Peach Bottom, Linda Hensel of Nottingham and Rose Mary Marrero of Perryville, MD.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, William Moore and Roger Moore.
Funeral services will be held 11 am on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at the Edward L. Collins, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Pine St., Oxford, PA, 19363 where friends and family may visit from 10 - 11 am.
Interment will be held in North East Methodist Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral costs.
