Belinda Rush Obituary

Belinda S. Rush, 61, died on Friday, October 13, 2017, in North Charleston, South Carolina. She always said Friday the 13th was her lick day. Her husband, daughters, mother, sisters, family and friends she left behind might agree, since she is no longer in so much pain.
All she ever wanted to be was a wife and mom. While Jim and the girls think she excelled at this, anyone who knew her saw she was so much more. She was a daughter, sister, friend, teacher, crafter, and her favorite, grandma.
Whether you knew her as Belinda, Benny, Aunt Benny, Momma, Mom, Ama, Belinda Sue, Mrs. Belinda, or Mrs. Rush, we know she was well-loved and hope you will remember her in your own way.
A drop-in remembrance will be held Tuesday, October 31 from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Founders Hall at Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site, 1500 Old Towne Rd., Charleston, SC 29407.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
