Port Matilda, Pennsylvania - Carolyn Irene Kottwitz, 82, of Port Matilda PA died Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at her home. Born July 26, 1941 in Fulton, NY. She was the daughter of the late Casphor and Irene Stone Gibson. Carolyn was predeceased by her husband, Herbert J. Kottwitz and sister Judy Wilkins, three brothers, Steven, Allen and Tod Gibson. She is survived by her four children, Kathleen (Richard) Cunningham, Edward (Yvonne) Kottwitz, Matthew Kottwitz, Barbra (Daniel) Gonos, and many grandchildren, three sisters Dian Alder, Jacalyn (Tom) Godkin and Teri (Mark) Chesbro, one brother Randy (Ann Marie) Gibson. Carolyn was a prayer warrior and lover of her Lord and Savior
Jesus Christ and spread that love to everyone she met. All services are private.
