Judith K. Decker February 23, 1942 July 6, 2012 Judith K. Decker, 70, of Frackville, died Friday at Schuylkill Medical Center, Pottsville. Born in Henderson Twp., Feb. 23, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Lena (Wright) Mills. She was a retired Bookkeeper at Mellon Bank, State College. Judy was a member of 12th Street United Methodist Church, Huntingdon. She was preceded in death by her first husband Dean Reynolds Jr. Surviving are her husband, Howard Decker; a daughter, Denise Snyder and her husband, Samuel, of Bellefonte; two sons, Dean Reynolds III and his wife, Cheryl, of Jersey Shore, Towne Reynolds, of Bellefonte; granddaughter, Amanda Pollick and her husband, Jay,of Bellefonte; two brothers, Robert Mills, of Huntingdon, and Richard Mills, of Carlisle; sister, Elizabeth Putt, of Huntingdon. A Memorial Service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. from Faith United Methodist Church 512 Hughes St. Bellefonte, PA 16823. The Rev. Andrew Morgan will be officiating. Friends may call from 12:30-1 p.m., Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any local SPCA.
