I just learned today of your tragic loss. Words can not express my feelings of sorrow for your family. She sounds like such a beautiful person and I know she will be sorely missed. Webster family, I'm so sad to hear of Julie's death. I knew her when I was a patient of Dr Weikert. Julie was always a pleasure to talk to and she always had a way of making me laugh. May God help you through this sad and difficult time.

I was deeply saddened to read of the passing of your lovely daughter, Julie. The day she helped us place the flags on the cemetary for Memorial Day in Boalsburg attested to the strong character of such a young girl. The whole world looses when just one like her is gone. I knew Julie and was friends with her in our middle school/early high school days. It has been forever since I have seen her but when I think of Julie, I think of her great sense of humor and very caring towards others. She had a big heart that touched the lives of so many people. My condolences to the Webster family as well as to all of her friends. She was friends with so many people from Bellefonte and BEA. The fact that she has so many people who think very highly of her, shows what kind of sweet hearted person she was.

I didnt know Julie on a personal level, I am good friends with Laura and went to school with them both. I know how close they were and how much Julie was loved by her family and friends. I want to school with Julie since 6th grade and we had homeroom together every day and she always knew how to put a smile on my face or make me feel better about myself if I was having a bad day. I will miss her great smile and laugh. God be with the Webster Family, Best Wishes

I went to Lock Haven with Julie... we were actually going to be roommates one semester and then I became an RA so I could no longer have a roommate....
