Shawnie & Jeff, I am saddened by your mother's passing. Good memories of her will stay with me forever. I can still remember her flannelgraph Sunday School lessons from so long ago. She had a great positive influence on all of us "EUB kids" back then, and through our adult lives as well. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. You have my sympathy and prayers for your loss.

Shawnie, Your parents were like my 2nd parents when we were growing up. I so much remember our childhood and all the good times we shared and both of our parents were part of it all. Your mother was so good to us and I know she will be greatly missed by friends and family. Whenever she would call me, we would talk for a long time and she always made me feel so special. I pray that God will comfort all of you in this time of sadness. Love, Polly Sweeney Brooks

Shawnie,

I have good memories of times with you, the kindness of your parents- as a child, and in our times of loss- your parents were there to help us through. Your parents were good people who were there for the community - taking children to the Jaffa Circus, teaching Bible School classes.
May your faith and your memories bring you peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
