Mary Weaver Obituary

Mary Ellen Weaver April 21, 1934 April 5, 2016 Mary Ellen Weaver, 81, of State College, died Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at her residence. Born April 21, 1934 in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late John R. "Jack" and Edith (Moltz) Anderson. On October 13, 1956, she married Wayne M. Weaver who preceded her in death on February 27, 2005. She was employed by Jack''s Six Pack bottle shop for approximately 20 years. She enjoyed baking, putting puzzles together, embroidery and playing bingo at the Grange Fair. Mary Ellen is survived by one son, Terry Weaver (Gitte), of Santee, Calif.; three daughters, Carol Wilson (Jerry), of Centre Hall, Tammy Graham (Lynn Davy) and Barbara Frantz (Bill), both of State College; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; and a brother, Denis Anderson, of Bellefonte. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph Anderson; and two sisters, Rita and Jacqueline Anderson. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m.Thursday, April 7, 2016 (today), and Friday, April 8, 2016, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 10:30 at Mark D. Heintzelman Funeral and Cremation Service, 1034 Benner Pike, State College, with the Reverend Renee Ford officiating. Burial will follow at the Centre County Memorial Park, 1032 Benner Pike, State College. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mary Ellen''s name may be made to Home Nursing Agency Hospice, 450 Windmere Drive, # 100, State College, PA 16801. A guest book can be signed and condolences sent to the family at www.heintzelmanfuneralhome.com
