rural Howard, Pennsylvania - Rhonda Lee (Leggett) Butler, 55 of rural Howard passed away at her home on Friday, November 12, 2021 surrounded by her family. Rhonda was born on May 5, 1966 in Altoona a daughter of the Rebecca Swain Leggett of Boalsburg and the late Ashley Leggett. Rhonda is survived by her husband, Terry Butler, Sr. at home. Also surviving are her children, Terry (Manda) Butler, Jr. of Linden, Jeff (Tara) Butler of Howard, Christina (Josh) Nyman of Milesburg and Samantha (Andrew) Cline of Bellefonte; also surviving are her 11 grandchildren, Kaylah, Colton, Donovan, Jordan, Maddison, Isabella, Alexa, Alexander, Ashlyn, Owen and Kayden. Rhonda is also survived by her siblings, Geraldine Butler of Woodward, Janet Butler also of Woodward, Desiree Evans of Spring Mills and Jimmy Holland of Kansas. She was a homemaker. Rhonda was of the Catholic faith. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed crafts, sewing, gardening, camping, fishing, cooking, going to the river house in North Carolina, fur babies and family gatherings.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Denise Ishler.
Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 15, 2021 from 6 PM – 8 PM at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc. 201 Spring St., Milesburg. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor David Hersh, officiating. Burial will be in Advent Cemetery, Boggs Twp., Centre Co. Memorial contributions may be made to PAWS 1401 Trout Road, State College Pa 16801, in memory of Rhonda Lee Butler.
