Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Tim Scott Williams, 41, of Pittsburgh, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 7, 2025. Born on September 5, 1984, he was the son of Scott A. Williams (Kathryn Auker), who survives at their home, and the late Diane M. Williams.

Tim graduated from Bellefonte Area High School in 2003 in the top 5% of his class. In high school, he was active in the Drama Club, theater, stage, poetry, politics and was the president of the Model United Nations Group, and in the National Honor Society. Tim started classes at Pitt during the fall of 2003, enrolled in the University Honors College in his freshman year. He graduated from Pitt with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in April 2007, Magna Cum Laude.

Tim was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church while he was in Bellefonte.

In addition to his father and stepmother, he is survived by his brother, Matthew L. Condon of McLean, Virginia, uncle John Biddle of Warriors Mark, and numerous other relatives.

Along with his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald and Eleanor Biddle.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 128 W. Howard Street, Bellefonte, with Pastor Doug Conway officiating. Burial services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc. in Bellefonte.
