Lois and Glenn I am so sorry to read this about Toby! Jerry and I were just sitting here thinking about you because we saw a Penn St commercial on TV. So I googled you! We think about you guys so often. We are so sorry about Toby he was always a fun loving kid. We didn´t know him as an adult but he always had that smile on his face! Would love to hear from you.

I live overseas so when I received a call at 5am from Aaron I knew it wasn't going to be good news. I was devastated when he told me Toby had passed away. He was one of my first friends at PSU way back in the summer of '99, we lived in the same dorm and ended up joining the same fraternity. That was a summer I'll never forget, we were always up to something mischievous. Loads of other memories would follow during our time as undergrads. Afterwards we remained in contact and met on different occasions, usually at PSU.

My sincerest condolences for all those he was close to, it´s so shocking that someone can be gone so quickly. It´s also difficult being so far away and not being able to give him a proper goodbye. I look forward to when I can meet up with our LXA brothers so we can reflect back and laugh at the times we had together with Toby.

Here´s a picture of when we were last at PSU, I think it was 2016? We had an absolute blast that night.

Toby was a valued member of our Forensics practice during my tenure as Forensics leader at EY in Washington, DC and up until my retirement. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. He had a very positive impact on not only our business, but on the culture of our team -- well liked by all who knew and worked with him. My condolences to all of his family and friends, and prayers that fond memories may bring some solace at this time of sorrow.

Tobias, I do not know where to begin. My heart is so heavy with gratitude to have spent so much time with you and sadness as our paths will not cross for quite some time. You played such a crucial role in my development as an individual. I thank you for helping me stretch outside my comfort zone and for your guidance when I needed it. I will forever cherish the lessons you taught me and our long (strange) friendship. The summers we spent together cruising up and down to different shows along the coast will always be one of the most special memories in my life. I thank you for all the wonderful memories and I will miss the energy and enthusiasm that you so wonderfully contributed to my life. You are so dearly missed. Thank you for all that you did for me.
