Rural Howard, Pennsylvania - William B. "Bill" Cain, 50, of rural Howard passed away on October 10, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., 201 Spring Street, Milesburg.
