Ed made going to work at the Charleston Passport Center an adventure! He was sarcastic, funny, knowledgeable and so much fun. I laughed through every work day that we shared together. Customer Service just wasn´t the same when he joined The Department of State. I have wonderful memories of his antics and kindness. My heartfelt condolences to Cheri and the rest of his family.
