Ivan L. Greene N. CHARLESTON - Mr. Ivan L. Greene of North Charleston., SC entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 24, 2016. Mr. Greene was the son of Dec. Julian Green and Isadora Green both preceded him in death; the brother of Julian (Otelia) Greene, Hester G. (Dec. Ernest L.) McFadden, Larry (Geneva) Greene, Catherine Pierre, Sandra L. Greene, Juanita (Louis) Latten and Randall Greene. The home going service honoring his life will take place on Saturday, October 1, 2016. Interment will follow at Whispering Pines cemetery in Strawberry, SC. Mr. Greene will repose this evening at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. My friend Ivan one in a million. Remembering Ivan as a teammate playing little league baseball back in the early to mid seventies. We shared those memories up until the day of his departure those early years shaped the kind of men we became. Being the youngest member of that team he had a tenacious spirit and gave his all in everything he did. Will miss you buddy gone much to soon.
