Jerry Redmon N. CHARLESTON - Jerry Redmon, devoted and beloved son, husband, father, brother, and grandfather passed away Friday, December 26th. Jerry was an incredibly unselfish giver of his love, time, and energy, from his brave service to his country in The United States Navy during The Vietnam War, continuing to his service to the North Charleston Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. None who knew Jerry would be surprised to learn that he was helping someone else when he was called home to do even greater work for Jehovah. He is survived by his mother, Dawn Redmon of St. Augustine; wife, Theodora Redmon of North Charleston; brother, Robert King of St. Augustine; daughter, Sabrina Spiegelman of Ocala, FL; son, Steven Whitson of North Charleston; 3 grandchildren; and many wonderful friends from the Hall. Services will be held at the North Charleston Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1521 Mosstree Rd., North Charleston 29405 on Friday, January 2nd at 7pm. My deepest sympathies go out to Teddy, the Redmon family & friends. Jerry was a great mentor to me & to lot of people who have been blessed to know him. He was a great inspiration to many & I will always have the fondest memories of him. God bless him & the Redmon family.

So sorry to have heard of Jerry's call for further service. As a previous MUSC co-worker & neighbor @ Oakwood Ave, Jerry was always there with a warm greeting & wonderfully kind disposition. I will miss visiting & talking with him over the years. My thoughts & prayers are with you all.

So saddened by the passing of Jerry Redmon. He was a quiet, humble man but, so big in his showing 'genuine love' for others. Jerry will be very much missed but, we look forward to seeing him again! We love you Teddy and you have lots of friends who will be there when and if you need us.

My deepest sympathy goes to the Redmond Family. Jerry was such a one of a kind person. He was so sweet, loving and caring. Working with Jerry was such a joy, he was very knowledgeable and always willing to help anyone at anytime.

Teddy - My heart goes out to you and the rest of the family. Jerry was not just a co-worker he was like family. I have never come across a person as loving, caring and giving of himself to others. He was always there regardless of what was being asked of him.
