New Orleans, Louisiana - Alanna Nicole Maria Tober, 42, passed away on January 29, 2025, in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Born on October 12, 1982, Alanna grew up in Ohio and attended Rocky River Schools before graduating from Providence High School. She pursued a career in food services, working as a kitchen expeditor and office manager. Her creativity also led her to floral arranging and sales, where she found joy in working with nature's beauty.
Alanna had a deep love for gardening and plants, often capturing their essence through floral photography. She was also passionate about jewelry making, using her artistic talents to create unique pieces. Her love for animals, especially dogs, was evident in the care she gave to them throughout her life. She shared a special bond with her beloved German Shepherd, Major.
She is survived by her parents, Theresa and Ron Tober; her sister, Ronna Tober; nieces Theresa Kinter, Samantha Kinter, and Marialana Kinter; and nephew Jacob Kinter. She was predeceased by Annemary Kinter and William Whelan.
A funeral service will be held at St. Matthew Catholic Church Chapel on February 13, 2025.
Alanna will be remembered for her strong will, artistic spirit, and loving nature. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
