Charlotte, North Carolina - Beverly Tisdale, 88, of Charlotte, NC, passed away peacefully on October 9 after a valiant yearlong battle with oral cancer.
Hers was a life well-lived, attested to by friends and family who loved her very much.
She is survived by her eldest daughter, Cathy Tisdale of Davidson, NC, and her younger daughter, Diane Evett of Cantonment FL.
Services will be held at St. Gabriel Church Chapel, in Charlotte, on Thursday, Oct. 14 at 1 pm.
The service will be completed with her interment at St. Gabriel Columbarium where she will rejoin her husband of 55 years, Thomas Harrison Tisdale, who passed away in 2006.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to the Humane Society of Charlotte or to Atrium Health's Levine Cancer Institute.
