Mr Bruce was a lifetime friend and cousin of my father. My father played
with him when he was a child and continually praised him when he became an adult. My sympathy goes out to all in his family. Also,as a 3rd generation Wilmingtonian I would like to say "Thanks Mr. Bruce for being the fountainhead of progress for this city when the employment ,the education, and the health of its citizens needed to be upgraded - thanks for everything".
