Charles Stuart Obituary


Charles Edward Stuart
Mr. Stuart, of Charlotte, passed away January 12, 2004 at Presbyterian Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 68.
Mr. Stuart was born November 12, 1935 in St. Catherine's, Ontario, Canada.
The family will have a private memorial service.
Mr. Stuart is survived by his wife, Patricia White Stuart; children, Charles Stuart, Jeannette Davis and husband Steve, and Christine Carothers and husband Bill; granddaughter, Caroline Carothers; and brother, Frances William Stuart of Canada.
The family would like to thank the staff of Presbyterian Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 102454, Atlanta, GA 30368, or the Humane Society, 2700 Toomey Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28203.
Lowe Funeral Home is serving the family of Mr. Stuart.

I knew Chuck through his work at 800 Cherokee where my parents live. He was always the sweetest gentleman to talk with and I know he will be missed by all the folks there. I will miss his smile and cheerful hello to me whenever I came and went. My prayers are with you all.

I would like to thank Chuck and his family for being a great friend to my mother Jackie Melton and always caring about my daughter(Haley Cook)health and surgeries. Chuck will be missed greatly !!! He was a very caring and helpful person to all that was around him.
