Claudie Brown Harris Parks
ROBBINS -- Claudie Parks died Sunday, September 11, 2011 in Robbins, NC.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Parks, her son, Edward Harris and her brothers Leon Brown, Tommy Brown, Murdock Brown, Ed Brown, stepbrothers North Lilly, Gilbert Lilly and stepsister Polly Davis.
She is survived by her son, L. William Harris and wife, Kay of Concord, NC; her daughter-in-law, Judy Harris of Aberdeen, NC; her sister-in-law, Frances Brown of Greensboro, NC and her grandchildren, Teresa McKerlie and husband, Craig of Aberdeen, NC; Sabrina Witham and husband, Walt of Raytown, MO and Anthony Harris of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and special friends Frankie and Harold McCaskill.
A memorial service to celebrate Claudie 1/8s life will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Tabernacle Methodist Church at 2:00 PM. The family will receive after the service in the church Fellowship Hall. The Robbins Police Department will serve as honorary pallbearers.
