Your impact and influence - BEYOND WORDS - your love - ALWAYS PRESENT. My heart still aches at times but my spirit finds joy and peace knowing that heaven's faithful servants have made it home. Curtis aka "Pap" and MY Uncle Brother was the best. God used him in my life from the time I was born until he transitioned to his heavenly home. Yes, I miss him terribly and I know that I will heal from this tragedy. I hold onto the sweet memories of growing up with a smart, well-mannered, kind, wonderful funny Man of God. Ruby was my classmate, best friend, advisor, and of course became my relative. Those two were inseparable from grade school to their eternal home. When I think of her, I see her beautiful smile. They were both very caring people and loved everyone. Glory to God for their lives on earth.

I was one of Ruby's computer science student at CPCC. She was a mentor and inspiration that put me on the path to success. Ruby was kind, intelligent, funny, and had a beautiful smile. She cared about her students and the people around her. A very special person who brought joy into this world. She will be missed...
