Dear White Family, I was so saddened to learn of your loss. I worked with Jack at D&Z and knew him to be a fine person who treated all fairly. I think of him often as he was such a kind gentleman. I know your loss is great and will keep your family in my prayers.

Dear White family: I am so sorry to hear about Jack. He and I worked together at D&Z (in Human Resources) for 12 years. I started the day before he did - so I always kidded him that I had senority over him - even though he ended up being my supervisor. Jack truly was a great influence in my life and I have the upmost respect for him in what he taught me about HR and life. We had many discussions (not always pleasant!) over the 12+ years but I always came away from them with some newfound knowledge, which to this day I truly appreciate. All of us are very lucky to have known Jack. When Jack spoke of his family he would always get a little twinkle in his eyes - he was so proud of all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you!

All,
My prayers are with your family. I remember the first time I met Mr. White. The family had moved down the street and Mr. White had Mike and Kevin in tow looking for other boys in the neighborhood. Soon we were play a game of "interception" in the back yard. We could always count on the White household as they had the latest gadgets like "PONG". Mr. White's Irish Soda Bread was always a favorite in our household. One memory I do have is Mr White taking us sledding during one of those freakish snow storms down Archdale (the bridge was out we didn't have to worry about traffic). It was an honor to know your father and the White household was one that made growing up on Stokes Avenue a great neighborhood street.

My most sincere Heart-felt condolences to all of you; I was deeply saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I worked with Jack for several happy years early in my career with D&Z, and I carry with me many fond memeories of him. I still remember him telling me how much he loved his family, and I know he deeply cared about all of his "other family" at work. Jack was a wonderful person, I will always remember him with a smile. May God's grace be upon you all at this saddest of times.
