Cindy,
Everytime your Daddy would see me either in town or at the Legion he would say "Sharp what are you doing?" I will miss his smile, know that you and the family are in my prayers.

I will always remember Uncle Jack's laugh and how he called me "suga". He will always be in my memories - and I am proud to say I am related to Jack and all the Griffith families. With Love, Michelle Madures

The funniest moments I recall visiting grandma in Cornelius always included visits to Uncle Jack. I fondly picture his head canted and eyebrow raised while probing me about girlfriends back when I was in Junior Highschool. He told me many stories of my grandfather "Rabbit" and their adventures. Later him meeting my wife then eventually bouncing my son Matty on his knee. Its difficult to accept Uncle Jack being gone but I will ALWAYS smile when thinking of him.

Dearest Cindy, Rusty, Ben, Philip, and Daniel -
I don't think I can find words to express the sadness I feel in losing Jack from our lives, nor the joy I feel when I think how fortunate I was to call him my friend because of the love that my mom and dad always felt for he and Deanie. May you find comfort in all those who mourn with you, as we celebrate his memorable life. My life is certainly richer for having known both Jack and Deanie.
