Getting to know Jim and hearing about his life in his later years was a blessing. Knowing he's reunited with his family in Heaven is a testament of his faith. The way he shinned with Dan coming over and talking about Patti and Dave, baseball and accounting, the HiWa hut and his parents, you'll be missed Mr. Shaw.

Dan, you were a good, good son to your Mom and Buzz. We watched you care for both of them. He looked forward to his Titus donuts! They both were very welcoming to us when we moved into the neighborhood and he always had a story to tell. We will miss seeing him wave out his picture window. May you feel the peace from our prayers for you as you walk this path. You are loved.

Just a note of sympathy in the loss of Jim. He was a great historian. He was in school with my father. He was wonderful to talk with. He had a great smile and wonderful attitude. He will be missed. May God bless the family.

Dan, so sorry to hear the news of Jim's passing. I always enjoyed his stories about Pete! He was a true friend to him since high school. You gave so much of yourself to make his last years bearable and I know he appreciated that. Take care!!
