Johnny, I just heard of your passing from your lovely wife, Loretta. Know that not only were you loved, but deeply respected for living Christ's message, not just talking about it. My respect for you has no ends, so please save me a place where you now rest. Dick Tomlinson

I am so sorry for your loss. Sending much love from New Jersey. Johnny was a wonderful man and always made room for me when I came to visit. I will always cherish the memories made with him and the hospitality he extended to me and my family. My Labor Day celebrations have never been the same.

Johnny was my best friend "like family". He will live on in my memory and in oft-discussed aspirations for a better world. Follow his example of love and caring and there will be sunshine behind this gray cloud!
