Dear Mrs. Schneider and Family: It's Friday night, August 27th., and I just read the notice regarding Mr. Schneider's passing that appeared in last Saturday's Observer. I am so very sorry for your loss and want you all to know that you are in my prayers. I have many wonderful memories of the times I spent with your family down at the "homestead" in Pineville. My love to all.

Neva and family:Ken was my first boss ever. I had graduated from high school, moved to Pineville, and went to work for Pineville Telephone Co., in 1974. He was a good boss, a good man, and a good friend. I learned a lot from him. Now 31 years later, I'm still in telecommunications, (I work for CT Communications in Concord)when I retrace my steps, they lead back to those early years at PTC and Ken. God bless you and your family.
