Laurence Broadhurst Obituary
'Larry'
CONCORD -- Mr. Broadhurst, 73, of 538 Lancashire Way, Concord passed away on Monday, June 7, 2010 at his home.
He was born on March 13, 1937 in England to the late Joseph Broadhurst and the late Eileen O'Byrn Broadhurst.
He was also preceded in death by his first wife Mavis and his god-daughter Amy May Robinson.
Mr. Broadhurst was employed as Executive Vice-President for many cargo airline companies. He was a member of V.F.W., and a past Grand Master of The Masonic Lodge in Westland, MI.
The family meeting place will be the home.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Martha Broadhurst of the home; son, Christopher Paul Broadhurst and wife Robin of KY; daughter, Audrey Elizabeth Turcotte of Concord, NC; brother, Brian Broadhurst of England; sister, Maureen Jones of England; step-daughter, Virginia Woody and husband Larry of Charlotte, NC; step-sons, Ronald Rybacki and wife Lelane of Matthews, NC, Gregory Rybacki of Charlotte, NC, Christopher Rybacki of Charlotte, NC; ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.
He will be greatly missed by all.

Audrey, It's strange how things work sometimes. To think you able to spend as much time with your Dad these last few months after going so long not being able to do that. Treasure the good memories, they will help you make it through the day.
