Lois Keeter Obituary

Mrs. Lois Mauney Moore Keeter, 81, died Saturday, January 25, 2003 at Carolinas Medical Center in Pineville.
Mrs. Keeter was born December 10, 1921 in McAdenville, NC, a daughter of the late Grover Mauney and Minnie Pinion Mauney and retired from Crompton & Knowles where she was a receptionist.
She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Crawley of Charlotte; two grandchildren, Michael Crawley and his wife, Stacey, and Leigh-Ann Smith; and three great grandchildren, Jarod Smith, Justin Crawley and Jonathon Crawley.
Her husbands, James T. Moore in 1971 and Staurt Warren Keeter in 2002, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 27 in the Hankins & Whittington Dilworth Chapel with the Reverend James T. Posey officiating. Interment will follow in Gaston Memorial Park in Gastonia. The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service.
Memorials may be sent to Dilworth Baptist Church, 825 McDonald Ave., Charlotte, NC 28203.
