My dear sweet Maddy,
Not a day goes by that I don't think about you and all the fun we had laughing and playing together. I miss your sweet giggles and hearing you sing, watching you run and laugh. I am so lucky to have been a part of your short life. You are my whole heart and it shattered the day we lost you. I take comfort in all the memories we made together. I miss hearing you call me Grandpa. I always loved that. You could call me anything as long as you talked. I miss the way you always greeted me at the door when I came to watch you. One day we will both be together again. I love you so much and miss you terribly.

Dear sweet Maddox,
You are in our hearts everyday. Not a day goes by that we dont think of you, of your family, and the sadness of the void that has been created since you went to be with Jesus.
I pray for you everyday sweet boy. I pray that you are laughing and singing out loud, running and playing, surrounded with love and joy. And if you should see my cousin Amy, please tell her I miss her terribly. She will watch over you sweet boy. And make you laugh constantly.

I am still so heartbroken for you. I have prayed for Maddox ever since I first heard he was missing. Now I pray for everyone who loved and cared for him. I never knew your family or Maddox, but as a parent I know that there can be no worse pain than losing a child. Please know that people are still thinking of you and your little one. I am so sorry for your loss and the pain you're enduring as parents. I am also the parent of a six year old nonverbal autistic child and I know how fast something like this can happen. I was so sorry to hear about the loss of your precious little boy. I can identify with your pain, as we lost our little three year old boy in a pool accident a few months ago.
May the Lord comfort and strengthen you during this very difficult time.
Our consolation is that they are safe in His arms now, with no more pain.
In ourselves, much grief and anguish for the great losses, but we will see them again some day in Heaven.

I prayed for Maddox every day as I too have a child with Autism. I was so saddened by the loss of Maddox and I pray that his family will be comforted in their time of grief. Ever since I heard the news about Maddox he has been in my prayers. From a grandma whose grandson was newly diagnosed 2 weeks ago with Autism, Maddox has a special place in my heart.
