Our prayers are with Mark and his family. It was shocking to hear of his sad passing. We hadn't seen Mark since he was a small child visiting for a wedding. He didn't personally know his northern cousins here but we are close with his dad. He visited my mother in Florida and she loved having him stay with her. He brought joy and happiness with his visit. His family should be proud of the joy, happiness and love he spread where ever he journeyed and with all he had contact.

I can still see his cute, innocent smile. I can still hear his voice, joking, picking, and laughing with Patty & me. Amazing how memories come rolling back like it was just yesterday. Mark was the person that so many other men and women should learn from. He was always friendly to everyone, no matter what he might be going through personally, and had a smile and something cute or silly to say. His kindness and innocence couldn't be understood by most of this hateful world. Now he can rest in the arms of Jesus and know that he'll eternally be surrounded by Love, Acceptance, Peace and Joy. I'll be proud to see Mark again in Heaven. My prayers and thoughts are with the family, for God to give strength and encouragement for all the days and nights ahead.

Sincerely,

Sheila

Childhood Neighbor

It was self evident to anyone that really knew Mark he had facets of brilliance.

He seemed to know more about the natural sciences than most.

He had the rare ability to be frank and truthful without regard to consequence.

He had a self-deprecating humility coupled with sincerity.

He was unorthodox in personality, many times misunderstood and sometimes maliciously ridiculed.

He seemed to always take his lot with stoic bravery and it never seemed to dim his driving spirit.

I knew Mark in childhood..........I mourn the Man I'm pretty sure he became.
