Marsheida Dorsey-Carn Obituary
Ms. Dorsey-Carn, 24, died August 21, 2004. Funeral service is 12:00 Noon, Friday, August 27th at King's Funeral Home Chapel in Charlotte, with interment to follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends this evening from 7-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ms. Dorsey-Carn, a native of Charlotte, was a 1998 graduate of Myers Park High School in Charlotte. She leaves to cherish her memories, mother, Robin Carn of Charlotte; father, Michael D. Carn, Sr. of Oklahoma City, OK; birth father, Oakley Coleman of Portugal; step father, Gary Melvin; brothers, Montrez, Michael II, and Ro-Mello; stepsisters, Farron Coleman and Mia Lorraine Coleman of Portugal; nephew, Jalen Straite of Charlotte, NC; maternal grandparents, Grady and Betty Cunningham; paternal grandfather, Herman Coleman; godmother, Angelia Whyte; godsister, Simone Jennings; aunts, Sumira Chambers of Easley, SC, Helen Saunders of Asheboro, NC, Margaret Cunningham, Cheryl Cunningham, Betty Cunningham, Jean Gray, Donzella Johnson (Cary), and Mary Coleman, all of Charlotte, NC, and Sharon Bradford of College Station, TX; uncles, Grady Cuningham, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA, Jerry Cunningham, Thomas Neal (Janet), Ernest Carn, Jr. of Toledo, OH, Darryl Carn of Oklahoma City, OK, Ronald Coleman, Herman Coleman, and William Coleman (Carolyn) all of Charlotte, NC and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Arrangements have been entrusted to King's Funeral Home, Charlotte.

May you find comfort in knowing that God cares. God want put no more on you than you can bear. Trust and believe his words. The time came that Marsheida is resting now from no more pain no more hospital stays.
For the family gain more strength and knowledge in the Lord, that's were peace can be found.
