My heartfelt condolences go out to Mikes family and All the people that he helped in their recovery. Mike was Best Man at my wedding, Good Friend and Confidant. I, personally would have never made it 10 years clean and sober if not for his Loving Kindness. I Love Mike and Tamara with ALL my heart.

Dear Tamra,Ms Kitty,
The words are not hard because they are true. But it is a hard time to tell them. Mike and Tamra you both have meant so much to me and my family over the past 15+ years. I was one of those fortunates to have met Mike at a very early time in my recovery. It started on March 15,1991 @ 2700 Park Rd. and continues today. I evenually worked with Mike, I went to concets with him and Tamara, my daughter and I white water rafted together with Mike, Tamra and the HH Crew on many occations. Robert Mike and I went to Grandfather Mtn.. Mike saw my daughter grow up from 9 years to be a college graduate. Mike and Tamara were there with me to grieve when my father passed on to the rest of his life. As a friend of my fathers said to me. He may not be here now, but HE IS STILL A GREAT PERSON right here, right now.. Mike Massi is still a great person, right here, right now. I love you my friend, your friend forever George Solada.

Mike and I shared our youth. We loved to travel and explore new places. He was never a stranger in a strange place.
I hope the greatest adventure of all still awaits him now on the other side of the rainbow; My wish is he finds peace, OBX beaches and fish to catch; all his favorite music plays;a dog named Dave to be his companion once again... and ready to take a ride to anywhere in the old Triumph GT-6.
