Charlotte, North Carolina - Mr. Paul J. Murphy, 66 of Charlotte passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023 at his residence. Celebration of his life will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and the Service will follow at 11:00 AM. Military Rites and Interment will be in the Gethsemane Memorial Gardens.

So many wonderful memories when Col. Murphy was at Crest High School. Our son John was in the JRROTC program for 4 years and went on to join the Air Force. Our prayers are with the family. John wishes he could attend the celebration of Col Murphy´s life.
