Pauline Bean Obituary
'Polly'
HICKORY -- Mrs. Bean went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 9, 2006. She was 85 years old. Her husband and childhood sweetheart, Owen Duke Bean, preceded her in death.
A funeral service will be held in the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Chapel in Hickory at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 11. The family will gather with family and friends in Holy Trinity's Saints Hall Atrium, prior to the service. A graveside service will follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Salisbury at 2:00 PM.
Memorials may be sent to the Wake Forest University Health Sciences Institute for Regenerative Medicine, Medical Ctr Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC 27157, or to a favorite charity.
Special thanks to Mrs. Alpha Sands of Wytheville, VA, who saw Polly through her last months with comfort, respect, dignity, and love.
