I had the pleasure of knowing Bob at First Presbyterian Newton and working with him on the Congregational Ministries Committee. He was so kind and dedicated to always doing the best job possible. He had a jolly sense of humor and will be greatly missed at our church.

Condolences from Mary Rose Davis, class of '46 and first cousin to Bob's wife, Carolyn. It was always good to see Bob at our Central High monthly meetings; we will remember him there.

I send my love and deepest sympathy to all of Bob's family. He was one of the most beloved members of the Central High School Class of 1946. Even as he grew older and less active, he drove from Newton to our class luncheons near Pineville. We will miss him very, very much. A special word of thanks to his son who brought Bob to our November 2014 luncheon.
